Policy and returns
All wood work orders are Non returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
All orders, after processed, are final because we will start the digital designing process right away. There are no refunds after this process because all orders from us are made to order. If our services is needed, if your order is confirmed, we will make it.
Before we make your custom wood work order, we will personally call, text, email, or message you to confirm your design before we make it. This way, you know will how the orders look like before we start the heavy work on your order.
Dang Paddles is not responsible for damages that has occurred after leaving the shop for pick up for customers, painters, and or shipments. If damages do occur, we will work with you on the issue because we care!
Damages in Shipping:
Please check your order immediately upon receiving and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 2 weeks with images of the outside box, inside box, and damaged items so we can report this to the shipping carriers if necessary. Images are necessary to damage claims. Once the damages has been inspected from the shipping company, we will arrange to have the damaged items and the package returned and replaced. Please keep the original shipping container and packaging how it was received.
Lost / Delayed Packages:
If there was an address error, all customers are required to pay for additional shipping charges to correct the delivery, or re-delivery. Dang Paddles is not responsible for lost packages. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, taped to the package to prevent any possible "lost" factors. These issues may be disputed through the shipping carriers as each package may be covered its cost up to $100 or more if asked to be insured.
