Please note that all items on our website are made to order, with a standard time for woodwork completion of approximately 2 weeks. If you receive your order earlier than expected, it means that we have put extra effort into ensuring your satisfaction. If you need your order sooner than the standard time, please let us know as we may have rush options available.
Please also consider transit time and possible shipping delays from the carrier when placing your order to ensure that you receive it in a timely manner. We offer shipping nationwide from CA, with transit times typically ranging from 1-5 days. If you need faster shipping, please let us know and we can provide a quote for you. The prices for our paddles vary depending on the size and design, with options ranging from $30 to $100+. We offer competitive pricing compared to local campus Greek stores that sell traditional paddles. If you are interested in customizing your paddle, please note that additional costs may apply for each customization. However, it is possible to create a low-cost custom paddle if you are on a budget. For reference, a popular choice is a 3-foot paddle for $80, with a custom top piece starting at $25 and Greek letters cut out in the middle for an additional $20. Please keep in mind that prices may vary depending on the specific customization requests.
Dang Paddles specializes exclusively in the fabrication of unfinished wooden paddle pieces. Our services are limited to the design and cutting of wooden paddle bases, letters, and decorative wood elements.
All items are delivered as unfinished wooden pieces. Dang Paddles does not provide painting, finishing, or decorative assembly services.
Customers who wish to decorate their paddles may choose to paint or finish the pieces themselves, or independently hire an artist of their choosing after receiving the unfinished wood pieces.
Dang Paddles does not employ, contract with, or coordinate third-party painters or artists, and any such arrangements are made directly between the customer and the artist.

Please note that shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering and we usually ship with USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier can provide the quickest delivery. Expedited shipping is also available upon request.
When placing an order, please consider transit time as delays may occur with the shipping carriers. While carriers may advertise delivery times of 2-5 days, they do not guarantee these times and may be affected by weekends, holidays, seasonal events, and currently the COVID-19 pandemic. Dang Paddles is not responsible for any shipping delays and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise, including damages which may be covered by the shipping carrier. If your order is ready to be shipped, we will do so as soon as possible, either on the same day or the next business day if possible. Thank you for choosing Dang Paddles.
Information on policies for custom wood work orders with Dang Paddles. Please note that all orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products. After the order is processed, it is final and we will begin the digital design process right away. We will personally contact you to confirm the design before starting the heavy work on your order.
Dang Paddles is not responsible for damages that occur after the order leaves our shop, whether it is picked up by the customer, a painter, or shipped. If damages do occur, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
In the case of damages during shipping, please check your order immediately upon receiving and notify us if it has been damaged. Please report the damage within 2 weeks with images of the outside and inside boxes, as well as the damaged items, so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary. Images are necessary for damage claims. Once the damages have been inspected by the shipping company, we will arrange for the damaged items and the package to be returned and replaced. Please keep the original shipping container and packaging in the same condition as it was received. Thank you for choosing Dang Paddles.

Custom Fabrication & Component Disclaimer
Dang Paddles is a custom wood fabrication service. We produce unfinished, unassembled wooden components based strictly on customer-provided input.
1. Nature of Service:Â We are a fabrication shop, not a design firm. Items leave our facility as raw, unfinished wood pieces. We do not provide assembly, adhesive, instructions, or finishing services. Any final configuration, painting, or assembly is performed independently by the customer or third-party artists after delivery.
2. Customer-Entered Content:Â All text, names, and character combinations are provided solely by the customer. Dang Paddles does not conduct trademark research or verify the legal availability of customer-provided text. The Client guarantees that all provided text and fabrication requests do not infringe on existing trademarks.
3. Limited Liability: Our service is limited to the physical fabrication of wooden components. We are not responsible for the end-user’s final arrangement of these components. If a customer chooses to arrange or finish these components into a licensed insignia or trademarked mark, that is an independent act performed after the point of sale for which Dang Paddles bears no liability.
4. Community Photos:Â Social media images featuring finished paddles represent customer-completed projects. These images showcase the creative results achieved by our customers using our unfinished components and do not represent finished products sold or designed by Dang Paddles.
